Kaiora Tipene and her husband Francis are the proprietors of Tipene Funerals and stars of the hit TVNZ and Netflix show The Casketeers, which The Spinoff called ‘the greatest local comedy of 2018’. A third series of the show will run in 2020. They both hail from Northland New Zealand and have five sons.
